Newcomer Services are available online and by phone. In-person services are available by appointment only. Client Engagement Workers are available for one-on-one appointments to support you with newcomer and settlement services, including issues related but not limited to: volunteering, life in Canada, youth programs, navigating different systems (education, housing, healthcare, transportation, etc.), as well as guiding internationally-trained professionals through the credentials evaluation process.

Seniors @ LEF Program is available online and by phone. Key activities such as the weekly arts group, English conversation circles, gardening, crocheting, yoga, and mental wellness activities have been transitioned to a virtual group format. Our dedicated group of volunteers will continue to provide technical support so all seniors can access these online programs.
