Youth, Get Paid to Find A Job!
Launch Your Career with LEF’s Youth Employment Program:
Participants will receive:
- 4 weeks of workshops to upgrade skills, explore employment opportunities and prepare for employment
- Up to 20 weeks of work placement
- Health & Safety training and PPE required for your job
- Customer Service Training
- Social media and job search training
- Financial support for training, child care and transportation if required.
Eligibility:
- between the ages of 15 and 30
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons who have been granted refugee status in Canada
- legally entitled to work in Ontario
- in need of assistance to overcome employment barriers
